What kite should I buy?

Hi I am an experienced wakeboarder and I am looking for a kite that I can use in the water to pull me. I am looking for something inexpensive, durable, waterproof aswell as smaller then the more powerfull kites. I would also like to have one with the control bar that does not attach to a harness (without all the extras). I was looking at some trainer kites, would these work? Its windy where id be using it, could I use a smaller training kite in this enviornment? I weigh 145 pounds. Thanks

No way can you use a 3.5 meter TRAINER, that doesn’t have nearly enough power to get you out of the water… You’re still going to need at least a nine square meter kite and it is going to cost you at least a thousand, kiting is NOT a cheap sport (oh and you can’t use a wakeboard with it, the fins aren’t the same and you can’t use the fixed bindings)

Take a lesson before you buy anything, kiting isn’t what you think.

Btw, the harness isn’t optional, its mandatory, you can’t just let go of the kite like you can a wakeboard rope and the boat will swing around and get you.
